Yoghurt Cucumber Salad


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yoghurt
  • 2 - 3 small cucumbers
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. dried mint, adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and dice the the cucumbers.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the yoghurt,  mint, garlic, cucumber, salt and pepper.

  3. Chill for at least one hour.

  4. Mix well before serving.
