1 cup Rice
2 tbsp. Vermicelli Noodles
1 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Oil
Soak the rice for 20-30 minutes in hot water, then rinse well and drain.
Heat the oil in the pan and brown the vermicelli.
Add the rice and salt and stir the rice for a few seconds.
Add the water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Let water reduce to below the rice level, then lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
