Ten Minute Dough
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups luke warm water
- 1 tbsp. sugar(*)
- 2 tbsp. active dry yeast
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Note: The original recipe called for ¼ cup sugar, but I found it too sweet for savory fillings.
- In a large bowl combine the step one ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar and water). Mix well, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- After ten minutes, add the step two ingredients (oil, remaining flour and salt) and knead well until you get a soft dough.
