Skillet Potatoes


  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Cut the potatoes with skin on.

  2. Heat olive oil in a non stick skillet and brown the potatoes on all sides.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, cover and leave to fully cook, stirring occasionally.

  4. Serve with grilled or roasted meat, chicken or fish.
