Red Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients
1 small red cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
1 - 2 tsp. pomegranate molasses
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar or lemon juice (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions
Shred the cabbage and carrot.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the molasses, vinegar, oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, toss and serve.
