Tomato and Onion Raita


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yoghurt
  • 1 medium tomato, diced into 1/4" pieces
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced into 1/4" pieces
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper for garnish (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and garnish with a few cilantro leaves and cayenne pepper.
  2. Serve cool.
