Tomato and Onion Raita
Ingredients
2 cups plain yoghurt
1 medium tomato, diced into 1/4" pieces
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced into 1/4" pieces
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper for garnish (optional)
Salt, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and garnish with a few cilantro leaves and cayenne pepper.
Serve cool.
