2 lb ground beef
2 medium onions
1 cup parsley leaves
1 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
Finely chop the onions and parsley (food processor can be used).
Add the spices and the onion mixture to the ground beef and mix well.
Divide the meat into eight 4oz portions.
Shape the meat on a metal skewer then remove from skewer and place in the baking dish.
cook in a 350F oven for about one hour or until the kebabs are cooked.
