Cherry Clafoutis


Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 120 gr. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 200 ml creme fraiche
  • 200 ml milk
  • 12 oz cherries, pitted

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar.

  2. Whisk in the milk and cream.

  3. Stir in the flour and baking powder.

  4. Pour the batter into a 9" greased cake pan.

  5. Add the cherries and bake at 400°F for 35 - 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
