Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
250 gr. sugar
250 gr. grated chocolate
250 gr. grated roasted unsalted hazelnuts
250 gr. flour
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a cake pan. Tap away excess flour. Set aside.
Beat the butter until creamy.
Add the eggs and sugar alternately while whisking.
Add the vanilla.
Combine the flour, chocolate, hazelnut and baking powder and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the batter into cake tin and bake for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
