Fried Cauliflower in Tahini Sauce
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
6 tbsp. tahini paste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Water (as needed)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Salt, to taste
Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Oil for frying the cauliflower
Fry the cauliflower florets.
In a bowl, mix the tahini paste with the lemon juice. Add the water gradually (one tablespoon at a time) and mix well until you get a thick sauce. Stir in the minced garlic and salt and mix.
Add the fried cauliflower to the tahini sauce and gently toss to coat.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
