Beef and Pepper
Ingredients
1.5 lb beef steaks, sliced
2 large bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
2 medium onions, cut into wedges
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. black pepper
Hot sauce, to taste
2 tsp. canola oil
Directions
Slice the beef and season with black pepper.
Cut bell peppers and onions.
Heat oil in a large saucepan and brown the beef.
Stir in the bell peppers, onions, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and cook until all ingredients are done.
Serve with bread.
