Asian Slaw
Ingredients
1 cabbage, shredded
1 Orange or red bell pepper, julienned
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. honey
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and oil.
Add the cabbage, bell peppers, onions and toss to coat.
Serve at room temperature.
